Little Learners

Explore the scientific wonders of the world with your child! Our Little Learner classes focus on a scientific theme with exciting hands-on activities and crafts. Each fee covers one Pre-K child (aged three to four)* and one parent or “big buddy” (18 years and older). Additional adults or children must register separately at the full fee.

*Campers MUST be age three by the start of class date.

Make science matter by focusing on solids, liquids and gases. You and your child will learn about the three states of matter through fun, exciting, and sometimes messy, hands-on activities.

We’re not talking about a police force for the stars! Instead, budding astronauts can set their eyes to the skies and get to know the mysterious happenings in outer space. You’ll investigate the wildly different worlds of our solar system and make your own small rocket to help you explore!

IT’S ALIVE!! Bring your very own plant to life from only a small seed as you discover where your favorite fruits, veggies and ingredients to your favorite foods come from. Dissect a plant to see what’s inside and learn about the seasons and weather to find out the best time of the year to make your garden thrive!
