Tasty Thoughts
You can get a variety of nutrients by eating a variety
of foods from the different food
groups. Try to limit the amount of junk food you
eat because it doesn't have many nutrients that help
your body grow. Also, make sure you're eating the right
amount of food for you. You don't want too much of a
good thing but you also don't want to starve yourself.
Below
is a chart of nutritious food categories and the recommended
servings of those foods.
