Survey Assistant Volunteers
We are conducting a demographic survey of our guests that will tell us who visits the California Science Center and their reasons for doing so. This data will help us improve our programs and services.

If you are enthusiastic with a fun personality we would like your help to conduct a survey of California Science Center guests. This is a great opportunity for students or anyone interested in learning about visitor studies.

Education Volunteers
These volunteers assist in making it possible for the California Science Center to achieve its goal of stimulating curiosity and inspiring science learning. As one of the California Science Center's major contacts with the public, the Education Volunteer can greatly enhance the guest's enjoyment, education, and overall experience at the California Science Center.

Education volunteers provide hands-on mini demonstrations and activities enhancing California Science Center exhibits. Demonstrations range from making "slime" to making music. These brief and exciting demonstrations of scientific phenomena are designed to engage visitors of all ages, are facilitated live at various Discovery Stations throughout the facility.

Guest Services Volunteers
