The California Science Center Foundation values the generous support of our individual donors. To these friends, we are pleased to offer an array of benefits as an expression of our appreciation.

All Partners in Learning (individual donors making annual gifts of $1,500 and above) receive these exclusive basic privileges:

  • Recognition as a Partner on the annual donor wall in the California Science Center lobby and on our website.
  • Invitations to special film and exhibit previews and events
  • Personalized membership card good for:
    • 10% discount on IMAX, ExploraStore and restaurant purchases
    • $1 discount on High Wire Bicycle and Cave Climb
    • Free or discounted admission to 250+ science centers and museums worldwide
  • Discount and advance registration for Hands-On Science Camp
  • Complimentary subscription to Science Center publications and email alerts.

Experience Menu (available to Partners in Learning at the $2,500 Supporting level and above)

  • VIP guided tour of the Science Center for family or invited guests (maximum 12)
  • Private breakfast or lunch in the Trustee Room and Science Center briefing with executive and curatorial staff (maximum 6 guests)
  • Free table upgrade with sponsorship of a table (seating for 10) at the annual Discovery Ball gala
  • Birthday Adventure package including IMAX, High Wire Bicycle, Cave Climb and lunch (maximum 20 children with minimum 4 adults)

Premium Experience Menu (available to Partners in Learning at the $15,000 Distinguished level and above)

  • Select a school (within 90 miles) for Science Theater on Tour assembly program (maximum 250 students)
  • Facilitated educational programming including hands-on demonstrations and "make and take" activities selected from Science Center programs customized for your private event (limitations apply, call for information)
  • Private evening screening in the IMAX Theater (470 capacity, select from films currently showing)
