Science Center wins Parents Magazine award
Parents Magazine named the California Science Center as one of the top ten Science Centers in the nation for young children and their families. The ten were chosen after Parent’s conducted a survey of over 150 Science Centers in the US to discover who offered activities to appeal to the youngest scientists – children under the age of six.
IMAX Theater voted the best place for a movie
The California Science Center’s IMAX Theater was selected by Downtown News readers as “The Best Place for a Movie” in their “20th Annual Best of Downtown issue”. The theater received top reviews for exceptional sound, 3D capabilities, and for being the largest theater in Los Angeles at seven stories high.
