Advance tickets are highly recommended a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Cleopatra tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCHANGES.
Cleopatra: The Exhibition tickets are timed tickets, valid only for specified admission date and time. Tickets are available at the box office subject to availability.
It is recommended that you allow 75 minutes to view the exhibition.
Exhibit entry times may vary 10-20 minutes from your timed ticket.

Three ways to purchase exhibit tickets:
1. Online
$2 service charge per ticket. Use Print at Home* feature
to have tickets emailed to yourself.

available for printing after 48 hours. $5 reprinting fee applies at the box office.
2. Telephone Sales
Available 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Call: (213) 744-2019.
No same day phone sales.
$3 service charge per ticket on all telephone orders. Pick-up tickets at Box Office. Additional charges for delivery/shipping methods.
3. Box Office
The box office is open 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Tickets available on a first-come first-served basis. No guarantee that same-day tickets will be available on the day of your visit. Advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged.

* A group consists of 15 or more and must make reservations
in advance by calling (213) 744-2019. A $25.00 deposit applies to all groups. Groups receive one (1) complimentary chaperone ticket for every fifteen (15) sold.
** Please
note: Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible
adult. Children 3 and under are free.
Tips For Your Visit
Reserve Your Time
Cleopatra tickets are timed and dated with entry at 15 minute
intervals. You may stay in the exhibition as long as you like. Reserve your tickets to guarantee a date and entry time. NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS.
Get Here Early—IMAX and Parking Information
Arrive at least 30 minutes before exhibition entry time to allow time to park. Parking is $10 for cars and "yellow" school buses, and $25 for Charter buses and oversize vehicles (cash only).
If you reserve tickets over the phone, you will need to pick them up at the California Science Center’s Box Office will call window, which could require additional wait time.
If you have Print at Home tickets, go directly to the exhibit entrance.

Please Note:
Online timed-entry tickets are available until 75 minutes prior to closing. If you do not feel that you will need 75 minutes to view the exhibition, you may purchase tickets at the box office until 1 hour prior to closing, but you will be required to exit the Science Center promptly at 5:00 p.m. (or the specified closing time) with no refunds and no re-entry.

Gallery Policy
Guests are welcome to take and send photographs of the Cleopatra exhibit for personal use. However, photography or filming of the exhibit for commercial gain is not permitted.
No food, drink or large bags are permitted in the gallery.
No re-entry after leaving the exhibition.
