USC football games are scheduled at the Coliseum on the dates below. The Science Center will be open, but heavier than normal traffic is expected in and around Exposition Park. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Admission & Parking
The California
Science Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except
for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
The IMAX
Theater is open daily. Please consult our movie
times page or call 213-744-7400 for show information.
Admission
to the Science Center's permanent exhibition galleries is free. Admission
prices for the IMAX Theater are based on age group, and
discounts are available for groups of 15 or more people.
Ticket prices also apply to three Science Center attractions:
the High Wire Bicycle and the Motion-Based Simulator.
Parking
is $8 per car, $10 for buses, and $25 for oversize vehicles (cash only).*
To reach the parking structure, turn west into Exposition
Park on 39th Street from Figueroa and follow the signs.

offered for your convenience. Also, the Science Center and

to Find Us
South of
downtown Los Angeles, the California Science Center is located
in historic Exposition Park, just two blocks west of the Harbor
(110) Freeway at the Exposition Boulevard exit. Public
transportation to the Science Center is also available.

Tips
The California
Science Center is an ideal destination because it has something
for everyone - families, school groups, adults and children.
Here are a few tips to help make your visit more enjoyable.
- The
best times to visit are on weekends or on weekday afternoons
after 1:30 p.m. Weekday mornings from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
are often busy.
- Don't
miss our Special
Exhibits. They change throughout the year, always offering
new and interesting ways to learn about science.
- When
you arrive, be sure to check at the Information Center
for the day's special activities.
- If you
are with children 7 and under, stop by the Discovery Rooms
in Creative World or World of Life for some hands-on
learning.
* During special events, parking
rates may increase.
