The Human Body

When we think of exploring, we often imagine journeying to faraway lands, the bottom of the ocean, or even space. But in The Human Body, you can venture into a territory even more exotic and astounding—the world inside your own skin!

Inside a beating heart

Follow a family as they go through their day, and witness the staggering amount of activity happening in their bodies. Peer into the inner ear as Zannah, an eight-year-old girl, jams to her favorite tune. Check out the arteries and veins pumping feverishly as teenage Luke bikes to school. And even more amazingly, watch as a baby grows inside Aunt Heather's body, just waiting to be born.

The Human Body takes things as tiny as a red blood cell and magnifies them onto a seven-story-high IMAX screen! Through sophisticated thermal imaging, X-ray and computer graphics technology, the functions inside our bodies become visible in great detail. Don't miss this opportunity to peek inside the body to see what keeps you going every day.
